View and download Wassla invoices

Every Wassla invoice is generated automatically by Paddle, our merchant of record, and stored in your workspace. You can download a PDF copy at any time, forward it to your finance team, and download a CSV of every invoice for accounting reconciliation.

Open the invoices tab

In Billing, click the Invoices tab. You will see a chronological list of every invoice issued — recurring subscription invoices, one-time credit top-up invoices, prorated upgrade invoices, and any refund or chargeback adjustments. Each row shows the invoice number, the date, the total, the tax component, and the payment status (paid, refunded, disputed).

Download the PDF

Click the download icon next to any invoice to fetch the PDF. Each PDF includes your workspace details, the line items, subtotal, tax/VAT breakdown, and total. KSA workspaces show 15% VAT as a separate line item with our VAT registration number printed on the invoice so it satisfies ZATCA e-invoicing acceptance; EU workspaces show country-specific VAT under the OSS scheme; reverse-charge applies for valid B2B EU VAT IDs and is flagged on the invoice.

Receipt vs invoice — which is which

The PDF you download from the Invoices tab is a full tax invoice with line items, tax registration numbers, and your billing details — this is what your accountant needs. Paddle also emails a short payment receipt confirming the charge to the billing-email address on the workspace at the moment of payment; the receipt is not a substitute for the invoice when you need to claim VAT back. Always use the Invoices tab download for tax filing.

Forward an invoice to finance

Click the email icon to forward an invoice directly to a teammate or external address. The forward includes both the PDF and a copy-pasteable line summary. You can also add a permanent finance email under Settings → Billing → CC on invoices so future invoices are automatically copied to your accounts payable inbox.

Refunds and adjustments

If you spot a billing error, request a refund through Paddle from the Troubleshooting billing problems page — the workspace owner or finance role can file the request and the audit log captures who initiated it. Approved refunds show up as a new adjustment invoice (negative total) in the Invoices tab within one to three business days and the credit is reversed on the original payment method.

Update billing details

If you need to update the company name, billing address, or tax ID on future invoices, edit the Billing details panel and the change takes effect on the next invoice. Already-issued invoices cannot be retroactively edited (a regulatory requirement on tax invoices in most jurisdictions); if you need a corrected invoice for a past period, file a support request with the invoice number and the correction needed.
