Switch between English and Arabic

Wassla maintains 100% parity between English and Arabic. Every page, button, error message, and email is translated, and the entire layout flips to right-to-left when you pick Arabic.

Pick your interface language

In any page header, click the language switcher and pick English or Arabic. The change takes effect instantly without a reload.

Set the workspace default

Owners and admins can set the default language for new teammates from Settings then Workspace. Teammates can override the default for their own account.

How does the AI agent decide which language to reply in?

The agent detects the customer's language from the message itself and replies in the same language. You can also pin a channel to a specific language from the channel settings.

Where does right-to-left apply?

Every page, every dialog, every email — Wassla uses logical CSS properties so the layout mirrors correctly without any per-page changes.
