Delete or export customer data

Wassla is aligned with GDPR and the Saudi PDPL. When a customer asks for their data to be deleted or exported, you can honor the request in a few clicks.

Find the customer

In the inbox, search by phone number, email, or any identifier. Open the customer profile.

Export the customer's data

Click Export and Wassla emails you a JSON file with every message, voice transcript, tag, note, and conversation linked to the customer.

Hide the customer from active surfaces

Click Hide. The customer is removed from the inbox and conversation list immediately. Their record is preserved internally for the legally required retention window.

Schedule a full deletion

For a full right-to-erasure deletion, open the customer profile, click Delete, and confirm. The deletion is queued, audited, and completed within the legally required window.

Review the audit trail

Every export and deletion writes an entry to the audit log with the actor, the customer reference, the action, and the timestamp.
